"Thanks for your comments, Robert.  Reading Mack's book, I thought that his description of early Christianity was way off base.  I didn't recognize his brand of early Christianity.  I didn't (and don't) understand…"

Over the past half-year or so, my mind's focus and energy have been given to organizing and arranging meditation journal entries of the past 30+ years into meditation books.  Initial, rough-out work is now finished;  the meditation journal entries are now in a manageable arrangement by subject and then chronologically.  It looks like there are four meditation books of approximately 250 pages, each.  The next step is to re-edit and revise all of this material.  A few of the meditations will,…See More

Entering the Kingdom: eBooklet and 7-Week Study Group

Hello!

The Mustard Seed Venture is about to publish an eBooklet by Robert Perry, Entering the Kingdom: What the Historical Jesus Teaches Us about the Kingdom of God. It was created for study groups, but is also suitable for individual study.

Here’s the description from the back cover:

“Scholars agree that the core of Jesus' message was "the kingdom." But what is the kingdom? And what is its relevance for us today? In his booklet, Entering the Kingdom: What the Historical Jesus Teaches Us about the Kingdom of God, Robert Perry draws out the radical message of the kingdom, its diagnosis of the human condition and its prescription for the cure. Through commentary and practical exercises, we learn that Jesus' message carries just as much liberating power for our lives today as it did when it first was spoken.”

We will let you know as soon as it is available.

We also want let you know we are starting a new study group based on the eBooklet!
